 We make it easy to get in touch with our Customer Response Center, with options available to contact us by email, web, instant chat or phone. Our Help Desk tracks job tickets from request through resolution with an online dashboard that provides real-time status tracking, service reporting and invoicing.

 In addition to responding to Help Desk calls, we also proactively monitor our clients’ IT systems to identify emerging issues before they disrupt IT operations. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) uses proprietary software to continuously monitor devices and generate alerts to notify designated support personnel when potential problems are detected.
